Decarbonisation is often seen as a matter of political will. However, ambitious policies need adhesion from citizens to be successful and impactful - hence the key role of co-creation. This capacity building session is organised n the frame of the Decarb City Pipes 2050 project, which aims at supporting 6 cities (Dublin, Rotterdam, Munich, Winterthur, Vienna, Bilbao) in developing transition roadmaps to phase-out fossil fuels from urban heating and cooling. The aim is to bring concrete examples and favour return of experience to municipalities and other stakeholders engaged in the path of heating and cooling decarbonisation.
